Premises Liability – Slip & Fall Cases

It is always the responsibility of any property and/or business owner to maintain safe conditions for those legally accessing his or her property or business. Should an injury occur on property or business where the owner can be proven to have been negligent, that injury should be covered by the property or business owner. These kinds of injuries can range from a slip or fall injury to more serious situations such as chemical exposure, fire, or explosions. -Claims Against Insurance Companies

As a rule, insurance companies will mostly do the right thing in situations where you’ve had to file a claim. However, there are instances where insurance companies wrongfully deny claims, force you to settle for less money on a claim, or otherwise take advantage of you at a particularly vulnerable moment. Trying to negotiate fair settlements and coverage decisions by yourself can be a frustrating and confusing process. Should you find yourself dealing with a difficult insurance company, we invite you to allow our legal expertise to relieve some of that burden from you. If you find yourself struggling to get the results you deserve from your auto, home, or health insurance provider, we can help.
